About the event
Travel around the Northern Hemisphere during an afternoon with Pour Olive, a locally owned gourmet olive oil and vinegar shop that has called Dilworth home for the last 11 years.
We will embark on a guided tasting of an array of olive oils with owner Sophie Jones, learning some fun facts about olive oil you may not know. There will also be locally curated savory and sweet snacks made with olive oil and balsamic, to show what you can create with the right delicious oils and vinegars. Afterwards, we'll get a tour of the Pour Olive shop and select some artisanal pastas, spreads, olive oils, and more to buy and bring home. You’ll even take a tasty gift home with you!
What's on the menu: Balsamic Shrubs, Focaccia, and an array of desserts from my talented baker friends at Tart Pastries and Vicente Bakery & Bistro.
